Very nice employees
I took my cat to have her spayed and declawed. The receptionist and other employees of this Clinic were friendly, helpful and understanding. My cat is a Calico and she is very picky and moody. The employees were accepting of her bad disposition and made sure that she felt calm and relaxed during her two day stay at the Clinic. It was very nice to have people that care as much about pets as I care about my own. I have a puppy now and will be taking her there also.

I took my dog to an emergency vet in January and they charged me $800 to diagnose my dog with pancreatitis. I swore to never go back then took him to Dr. Russell for a second opinion, I didnt tell him what he had and wanted to see what he said, it was indeed pancreatitis however it only cost me $30 for the visit. The other place ran a bunch of unnecessary tests and he figured it out in less than 10 minutes. I also took him this past week to get his teeth cleaned and to get neutered at Cypress Square Animal Clinic and they were wonderful. Blue isn't too keen on other people and they took that into consideration. They were very sweet to him and I had alot of questions but they were patient with me and answered them to the best of their knowledge. I am soooooo glad I finally found a good vet office

LOVE this Place!! I totally trust them
I have used this clinic for years, and the staff is always wonderful, and the Doctors are very caring and knowlegable. I completely trust them with the care of my pets, as to many of my pet sitting clients.

Won't write prescriptions except for their own pharmacy
We got a free exam there b/c we adopted from CAPS. That was cool. I discussed heartworm meds with the vet and told her I would buy it online. Nothing was said about restrictions on who I could buy from. I ordered from an online pharmacy. When the pharmacy called to verify, they were told my dog had not been seen recently (total lie - it was the week after). When I inquired, I was told they have had problems with that pharmacy. I asked if a different one would be OK. The story changed and they said I could only order through their pharmacy. I could live with that, but they want $20 more for the same product, and I'd have to pay sales tax. I don't do business with people I don't trust. Ordered a generic heartgaurd from a Candian pharmacy for a third the price - no scrip needed.

Have taken my dogs there for years
Starting going to Cypress Square Animal Clinic when my sister was a Vet Tech there. I've used a number of their services: annual check-up/shots, grooming, dentals, and been more than satisfied each time.

Great Staff
I went there for a second opinion for my dog. The outcome was not good, but the vets were very caring and looked over him very carefully. They were upfront and honest with me about his condition. When the time came to make that heart wrenching decision, the whole staff were supportive and caring.
