Ruiz Auto Sale, located in 9741 E Highway 290,the worst service ever. I asked the owner, his name is Jose to buy & install a new outside left rear mirror for my car. After finish i find out that the rear mirror was shaking bad while I am driving. Next day I go back to talk to him and ask him to replace a new one for me, He doesn't want to do it and told me it's not his fault,he just install it. He lying about try to call the store, find out he didn't have a receipt. For me, I already paid them to buy and install my mirror, supposed he should be responsible for it,if something wrong with the mirror, but he doesn't care and blame the factory that made a mirror. The worst part he and his son asking me to buy a new mirror by myself, because doesn't want me to blame them. Really unprofessional the way they handle the problem. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ruiz Auto Venta, ubicada en 9741 E Highway 290, la peor servicio que nunca. Le pregunté al dueño, su nombre es José para comprar e instalar una nueva parte trasera izquierda fuera de espejo para mi coche. Después de terminar me entero de el espejo retrovisor que era malo agitación, mientras que estoy conduciendo. Al día siguiente vuelvo a hablar con él y pedirle que reemplace una nueva para mí, Él no quiere que lo haga y del número mí no es su culpa, él acaba de instalar. El mentir acerca de tratar de llamar a la tienda, saber que no tenía un recibo. Para mí, yo ya les pagó para comprar e instalar mi espejo, debe suponerse responsable de la misma, si hay algo mal en el espejo, pero él no le importa y culpan a la fábrica que hacía un espejo. La peor parte de él y su hijo me pide para comprar un espejo nuevo por mí mismo, porque no quiere que yo a ellos la culpa. En realidad profesional de la forma en que manejan el problema.
