stay away from this man. he is a con and will rip you off. he is a hit and run contractor, and will take your money and run. He then, will forge your names, create false tax papers, and much much more. stay away from Juan Rudek. He is a scam artist that has perfected what he is doing. we were building our dream home. saved up every last penny. he came into our lives, met him off of craigslist. he stated he was a general contractor. we paid him $150,000 down towards the build. after 4 months, still nothing, and he never returned our calls. he has his wife acting on his behalf as well. beware of these two people.. they will destroy your life.
