WORST SERVICE EVER

Do I have to give them ANY stars? The greeter was the only person who was remotely pleasant. The server went from bored & disinterested to impatient and cranky. The "manager" was rude, condescending, highly unprofessional and arrogant....

How can this place stay in business?

And I'm talking ALL of them, not just the Hilliard location. Their menu is a dated, limited version of any grill/bar Max & Erma type establishment. They offer what? 5 entrees?? The salad bar looks like the very first Wendy's salad bar...
