My wife waited over an hour to simply get her eyebrows done. When they finally called her..she was totally not satisfied with the service. They were in a hurry and didn't pay attention to detail. Will never go back. Completely...

The only reason I am giving Ruby Beauty a star is because I have to. While I have been to this salon many times in the past to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded..it was always okay..nothing that special or terrible either way.
