I agree with Rloulu review because the same thing happened to my daughter. The guy collected 2 application fees totaling $60 (applicant/ cosigner) She was told she was the first to apply... and a month or more later... still no answer....

BEWARE OF ROWAN REALTY!!!!!!
I turned in an application and 60.00 for a rental that I really liked. I didn't hear from these people until I called and asked what was taking so long.
