This was a TERRIBLE place to live. The manager is the most inconsiderate, unhelpful person, and she lies to you and goes back on her word. We suffered roof leaks all year, culminating in a piece of the roof falling on my roommate as he was sleeping. Additionally, whenever there were leaks in the roof, the manager made us feel like it was our fault, and then sometimes didn't even respond to our maintenance requests. It's a nice beautiful, old building, but for all of the maintenance problems, lack of upkeep, and horrible manager, it is NOT WORTH LIVING HERE.
