WORST RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE MANAGER
The receptionist/office manager was extremely rude to me the moment that I walked in. Her glares at me, slamming the phone around, rolling her eyes at me, talking to me like I was a child, practically calling me an idiot when asking about...Great experiencee
Our beloved cat had developed a tumor and we were absolutely panicked about it. We were new to the area and didn't know what vets were good or not in the area. I just picked one out of the phone book but we got very lucky with this one. The doctors and staff were GREAT. They did a good job and babied our cat. That made us feel a lot better about it all.Having to say goodbye...
We had to put our dog of 12 years down today. For several weeks I would call to see if the issues that our dog Buddy had were normal. Dr. Rosebrock assured me they were and I would know when it was time to say goodbye. Him and Barbra are saints, you won't regret going to him. - be patient thought- everyone seems to love him- because they are always busy- except when it your time- then they are there... just for you two.Rosebrock Vet Clinic
We have taken our pets there for 25 years and love Dr. Rosebrock. When the time came to put our animals down, he was always very conscious of our feelings and very helpful with information that we needed to make our decisions. I would highly recommend him and his staff for any other animal lovers!Country Doctor for your furry friends
Being from the country, I am not used to Veterinarians offices resembling my doctors office. Dr. Rosebrock's office is what I consider a vet clinic! Pens around, sometimes have some puppy's that he is selling, cement floors, and depending on his guests for the day, barking. For all of this, you get reasonable prices, and excellent service. Dr. Rosebrock will put your furry friend at ease and will help you too. Easy to talk to and understands both types of owners: My dog is a D-O-G, and my dog is my best friend.Vet cares!!
We love Dr. Rosebrock. He has treated both our cats and dog. You really get the idea he cares about his patients more than the money. His office reflects his love of animals. I like to go to see the what animals he is caring for. There is always the cat that sits in the IN-Box, once we saw a deer walking around. His prices are really reasonable. We couldn't afford such good care at city prices!Karen HobbsCaring
We lived in the Manchaca/Buda area for about 15 years and were referred to Dr. Rosebrock by a neighbor. We have never looked back. We had many family pets all of which were under Dr. Rosebrock's care. My children were small then and always went with me when it was time to see Dr. Rosebrock. My children are young adults now and have pets of their own. They are now customers at Rosebrock's clinic. They can actually afford to go to him and have their pets cared for. Sadly, my daughter lost her beloved dog, Daisy, of only 3 years on Saturday, May 9th. Barbara and Dr. Rosebrock don't even know yet. I am so thankful my daughter brought Daisy into our lives. She was the most perfect little dog I have ever known. We haven't stopped crying yet but it is getting a little easier. We will never forget her.WORST RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE MANAGER!!!
The receptionist/office manager was extremely rude to me the moment that I walked in. Her glares at me, slamming the phone around, rolling her eyes at me, talking to me like I was a child, practically calling me an idiot when asking about products, and gripe/yelling at me because HER fax machine was not working was not welcoming. If my dogs hadn't already had blood drawn I would have walked out.Worldwide > United States > Austin, TX > Veterinarians
