I want to start off by agreeing completely with the person who reviewed before me. From the beginning rosa comes off as a person who thinks little of others. She talks to her workers as if they are nothing. She treats them horribly. Even the ones that have been with her for a while. Harrases them and threatens them. She exploits her employees Also she does not give her employees a chance to eat or take a.short break. She does not pay what she says she pays. We agreed upon a wage and after she payed me she paid way less than what we agreed upon initially. When I brought this to her attention she responded with nothing but offensive statements about myself. Making me to understand she wasn't going to pay me because I was not worth even a fraction of the wage we had agreed upon. She thought I was a undocumented worker that I wasn't going to take further acting if she didn't pay me what I worked, and what we had agreed on. A worker there told me she doesn't pay people she takes. She.takes them.for a day uses their labor and only.pays them whatever she wants , even though from the beginning there is.already a wage agreed upon by rosa and a employee. She thinks they are not going to.come.forward because they are undocumented and she makes them believe they have no rights because of them. Please save yourself time and do not work for ROSA!!. And please be careful in who you hire to.clean your home.

I used to work for her and I can tell you that this business isn't something to hire. She mistreated her employees by abusing them and not paying them enough. She verbally abused us by calling us many things not appropriate in the work environment, hurting our self-esteem. It was the worst work experience I have ever had. Rosa, the owner, threatened the employees with deportation if they did not do exactly as she asked. That included working without minor conversing. Communicating with co-workers outside of the working hours and or her supervision. She gave me a rate per hour before I started working for her, and ended up paying another. Not only did she lower the rate, she later began to argue that we had worked less hours than we had a week. She treated her employees horribly and exploited them.
