The Macaroni Grill beats Olive Garden anyday, in both food and service.

Too expensive to be mediocre
The food is good for certain items. I was not pleased to have mashed potatoes in my plate and find they were made fresh from the box. They were horrible. I also had scallops that were improperly cooked. The cook basically shredded them trying to find if they were cooked right and half were still well under cooked.
