Set up appointment with Larry Rogers. He called that morning to cancel and said he'd call later. He called the next morning. Came over that day for 15 minutes, looked at the job and said he'd be back in 45 minutes. An hour later he calls and says he can't come back until the next day. I dropped him like a hot potato.

I cannot recommend Larry Rogers. Larry was out of town during the bidding process, and later became unhappy that his assistant didn't realize that a specific valve had to be replaced too. Bottom line is that 3/4 into the project he wanted more money, and walked out of the job (without discussion) leaving the job unfinished.
