who's title dentist of mine
I had a crown fall off and needed a replacement. Dr. met with me for maybe 5 min. Told me what had to be done and said she would send an asst to inform me of pricing, etc. 1st question from asst was:Do you have cash on you? we can offer cash discount price of $650. No cash price will be $900. Told her who carries $650 in cash? Asked if she would take debit card. Said she would ck w/dentist. Came back and said they would chg $650 on debit card but I still had to go to bank, same day, and bring them $650 cash. They would credit my debit card once they had cash. It takes 24-48 hrs at very least to credit a card, debit or otherwise. Essentially I would be out $1300 until credit went thru to bank. Debit is supposed to be as good as cash, but not to this dentist. When I expressed how upset/angry I was the dentist did not even have the courage or decency to come out face to face to try to help the situation. She wanted cash and only cash and the full amount even though all she did was have
