Great Service....Great Hair
I walked in late one Saturday for a shampoo & blow-dry, our house was down for a slab leak & we had no water. Rose did my hair and I have been going to her for almost 2 years now. Rose has done a fantastic job on my hair (naturally curly). I did the Japanese straightening a year ago and WOW! love it, this was done at the Carlsbad shop. Rose still does my hair at Oceanside shop. The service is always great at both shops and the personnel are always friendly and polite. Renee is always friendly and helpful. Yes, I recommend both shops.

Don't do it!
This place was close to home, so I thought I would give it a try. Big Mistake! As soon as I walked in I could feel the tension in there. I wanted to walk out, but I didn't and I regret that decision. The girl Sonya that cut my hair spent the whole time complaining about her co workers, It was a terrible experience, and it took me almost 3 months to grow my hair back out. My advice to anyone thinking about going there. Don't do it!

LoL~ The people who are complaining about not getting what they wanted in a hair cut~~ You have to tell them what you want NOT make them assume, or you wont get what you want! The one who said she does the do's and not the cutting, ask for sum1 who does cutting then FFS, she warned you! As for the girl that had the girl who complained about her co workers the whole time~ Change the subject you ditz if you don't want to hear about that, talk about something else don't just be a tard and sit there and take it. I personally LOVE Rocco's, even if just going there to hang out with Rene and them, He did my very first perm, and i LOVE it, so does my bf, my mom even goes there! It's a great place, but if you're not a friendly person who like to laugh well then don't go there cause it FUN and you're a stick in the mud!! Thanks!

Great haircut
I had my hair done by Rose, she does a fantastic job, is very professional and above all is very friendly. Rose listened to my needs and did exactly what i wanted. The haircut was great and the price is perfect. I highly recommend Rose, the only downfall? she only works saturdays....

Top Notch Salon....Great Color by Marisa
Blonde is the hardest color to get right, and I have tried many colorist who have made my hair look either too brassy or too gray, but my color at this salon was PERFECT!! Marisa was the name of my colorist and she understood exactly what I wanted. She was friendly and attentive. She also gave me a great cut that was still beautiful weeks later.
