If I could give it zero stars I would. Ed Geratti has no integrity of compassion. We refinanced our home to get some much needed renovations to our home. We hired him 12-2010. We signed the contract 2-2011 and gave him the first down payment. He didn't even start the job till May 25,2011. Well over a year later and $35,000.00 we have an unfinished kitchen, dining room and guest room. We cooked in our living room with a microwave for 6 months and had to wash dishes in bathroom sink. We had to brow beat him to get the counter tops done so we could cook thanksgiving dinner. We have no doors or drawer covers. He tore out the baseboard in the three rooms and put holes in walls that will not be repaired. WE ate thanksgiving dinner on folding tables and chairs. He promise me he would have the job done the end of the summer of 2011 and talked me into paying him more money so he could buy windows ect. So our dining room has only beams on the outside wall and you can see daylight coming thru. He then promised by thanksgiving we would be eating in our new dining room. Do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can. We took him to court and he never showed up so we were awarded the money but have not seen a penny and I;m sure we never will. Both him and his wife have liens against them for numerous reasons. He is a crook!!!! He is still taking peoples money and screws them 2. Good Luck!
