Paid insurance premiums for full replacement of current value of a new home to take its place. Home was demolished by an outside force and flooded because of broken pipes a super mess. Totally unlivable and destroyed on all sides and flooring. Home was knocked over on its side. Riggs informed us that after paying premiums for full replacement value for many many years at a much higher premium. That they could fix it for half its current replacement value. Basically they legally screwed us out of $20,000.00.
