This apartment complex is an absolute disgrace. Maintenance, if done, is done poorly. My neighbor has a leak that has existed as long as she's been here and still has not been properly repaired. In the building next to ours a family moved out due to mold in the apartment as the result of a leak they refused to fix. There are cracks inside and outside of the buildings. Painting, carpet replacement, replacement of rusted out cabinets in the kitchens, sliding doors for the closets and on and on are only fixed after a tenant leaves. This summer, a handicapped man was evicted because he refused to pay a pet fee for a cat he didn't have. He was taken to court and sued for $600 and asked to leave. Another disabled woman was asked to leave after complaining about the conditions in her apartment which also involved leaking. I have heard that the front of the complex had a problem with bed bugs. This is not a place anyone who wants a place they would be proud to show wants to live. Yes, the newly renovated apartments look great but wait until you want any repairs done. They will be done when and if the ONLY maintenance man has time. Last winter, it took two weeks of calling the township, the Housing Authority, and Code Enforcement before the snow was shoveled.
