I am a Clinical Psychologist specializing in the treatment of Depression and/or Anxiety, Psychological Assessment, and Addiction Medicine. If you are struggling with the difficulties life throws you, you have found a wonderful resource. People come to therapy for many reasons. I think good therapy is both practical and approachable, utilizing one's strengths to overcome life’s challenges. As a clinical psychologist, I am supportive and challenging, with a sense of humor, and have found this process to be a life changing one.

I use a holistic, pragmatic, solution focused approach to treatment learned from years of experience and training and taken from evidence based psychological research. I provide my clients with a safe, interactive environment and approach all individuals with compassion and empathy. I really enjoy working with adolescents and families who are dealing with both mental health and addiction issues.

My clients have told me they feel safe, understood, and respected by my sensitive, compassionate, non-judging approach realizing the space I provide them to explore and better know themselves really facilitates change.
