Dr. Wells and his direct patient care medical staff are really good, and I have enjoyed being his patient. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new doctor due to his administrative staff's lack of customer service and incompetence. The customer service and billing staff are rude and incompetent. The new billing specialist, Chris, says she cannot locate four of my credit card payments. She sent my account to collections for $128 that I paid and she says, "I don't know where it went." I faxed her my card statements and she said, "I never got them." Now I have to provide a letter from my credit card company. No customer should have to go through all of this for a payment they should be able to track. Chris went so far as to tell me that Dr. Wells would no longer provide medical care (visits or prescriptions) to my daughter or myself due to this bill. I can't believe that Dr Wells is allowing his administrative staff to tell patients he will no longer treat them. If you go to this office, watch your money and get a receipt!
