Terrible! Gave them 4 chances. Owner and groomer condescending. Wanted me to allow her to shave dog down due to matted areas. Refused to compromise or think of other options! Told me that de- matting was cruel. Made me feel horrible. Like I was doing something wrong. I wouldnt budge and paid 90 bucks for a wash and nail job. Some clipping around the face. That's it. Took my dog elsewhere and guess what? De-matting isn't cruel or time consuming, if you know what you're doing! I now have my sweet adorable looking dog back! Groomer had the dog in the month prior to our crossroads, but tried to tell me that she had not seen us in 2 months! I could go on and on! Just steer clear of this place!

Over priced and pretentious, this is a store for people who don't mind paying at least twice what an item or service is worth. Everything offered can be found cheaper in almost any other pet store.
