I ate at the Cary outlet once before it was demolished. Red Hot & Blue bills itself as a Memphis style place. My comment to the hostess on the way out was "YOU WOULDN'T MAKE IT IN MEMPHIS! I've had Memphis 'que and it's the only place...

Not "local" BBQ, but still very good
I grew up in NC, and love the "Q" fixed "eastern" style. This isn't like that. But it is truly delicious if you just keep in mind that's not what they're about.
