This company sucks rocks. My rent was never late and this is what I got. When I moved in I had to have them come paint and fix some things. Then this is what happened. For an entire year my apartment roof leaked. They sent several people out, but all said the same. The roof needed to be worked on. Since I was on a lease I had no choice but to do the year. Towards the end, the leak was so bad when it rained, we couldn't use the bathroom in the front. Since they appeared to not want to fix it, I called the code enforcement people. I knew it would be wise to leave then. When I left, we cleaned the house out as would normally. I went to see about my deposit and lo and behold....everything was wrong with the apartment. Things I knew were clean the guy whose name is totally illegible on the report stated everything was nasty. The pictures were of some things that were water damaged and just plain house hold living. The house was dirty when I moved in and we had to scrub. The report stated that the guys estimated it would take $500 to clean and paint it. Bull crock!!!!!!! I asked the lady why was I being held responsible for painting, etc., when I left it the way I got it. She couldn't answer that. The bad part is when I was paying my rent, I overheard a lady asking them to come out to her house again saying it was leaking from the ceiling where her ceiling fan was. Very shady company. A letter was sent to the owner by code and it came back. Do not rent from these people unless you plan on getting ripped off during your stay and at the end!!
