Excellent Customer Service, Great value!
I have been using these boys for quite some time, and I never have had the first minute's trouble out of them. They're always friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. They won't do a repair where there's no need. As a woman working far from home, that makes the difference in where I take my car.

The best, honest mechanic in Raleigh.
I have been going to to Raleigh tire for 4 years now, and Mickey has saved me countless time and money. The check engine light on my Jeep turned on, and I took to the dealer. They wanted $300 just to diagnose the problem, not including fixing the actual problem, and needed to car for 2 days. I took it to Mick, and he had an answer in half an hour, and replacing a seal cost me $75. Fantastic service and no games. He has a customer for life.

Rude and poor service
Called on two occasions and Mickey, the owner, shortened our conversation when they had just begun. He was very rude and arrogant. He didn't even give me time to discuss my car situation. Other locations have been much more customer friendly and service worth the money. I strongly recommend service elsewhere. He seems content with his current customers.

Customer service is truly like no other business I have ever been to. Mickey the owner is rude and arrogant. Waited forever and after 30 minutes they told me I had to come back with no apologies. No wonder they're aren't members of the BBB!Worldwide > United States > Raleigh, NC > Tires
