WORST a/c company ever!

I had wasted 2 paid vacation days staying home waiting for a technician, to show up hours AFTER my work day was over. I recall trying to get a hold of them for almost 2wks. No answer. I left voicemails. No call back. How does this business manage to stay open???
Twice, I was told they could not locate their own technicians. On one, occasion I was called by a young lady from their office who was rude and extremely unprofessional. While attempting to expressed my concerns , I was interrupted by her and a co-worker laughing . When I asked to speak to a manager, she continued to laugh and said he is "somewhere around the office" and she would have him return my call. He never did.

I had paid for the work order and would like a full refund. I am extremely unhappy with the lack of customer service. Quantum Mechanics has still not completed our work order. When, I spoke to an AHS rep last week regarding the status, the young lady told me that a comment had been placed into the logs by Quantum Mechanical stating that
1) I had missed 3 appointments. .
2) Technician asked that I refrained from cursing at their staff. ??????
INCREDIBLE.... what kind of "business" is going to lie to their customers this way? Thats like cutting cheeze in an elevator with only one other person in it and blaming it on them.... Genuis!
[Before the military, I have worked customer service for 4 years and I know that foul language will not improve any situation especially one that involves getting my A/C fixed when it?s 102 degrees outside.]
I am offended . My wife and friends and been present while i've been on the phone with their staff. I've placed their staff on speaker phone a couple times so that my wife & co-workers could hear and they were pretty blown away by how unprofessional their staff was. I had made sure to call AHS frequently requesting that all my issues be logged and forwarded to uppermanagement in hopes of correcting the problem. We'll see how that goes....

terrible service, terrible response

Calls go unreturned, appointments missed, and meanwhile my house is burning up with no AC. I purchased 2 brand new units from Quantum in 2007, and they haven't worked right since installation. Multiple service appointments to the house have yielded no positive results. Either they don't care, or are unable to fix the problems. Please, go elsewhere for your AC needs, you will not be happy with the service from this company.

Good Friendly Service

I usually do not write reviews for companies but after seeing the two prior reviews I am compelled to share my experience. They are busy and it took a couple of days to get on their schedule but they kept their word and showed up as scheduled. I had several companies diagnose my AC problem and Quantum quickly came to the correct diagnosis. They ordered the compressor and when it arrived were here the same day. They were very friendly, courteous and professional. Most importantly it worked and seems to continue to work well. I would recommend them.

WARNING BEWARE!!!!!!!

After waiting 6 months for the job to be completed we were charged for many things that were not done. The total price charged to my account was more than the bill. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!!. Avoid this company
