Rude office staff, disorganized, overbooked

Anger management?
This doctor is not a professional in my experience. He does not want anyone questioning him AT ALL. He suggested a surgeon for a procedure and when I indicated that I would talk to that doctor and also get a second opinion he was furious.

Horrible.
