Good customer service

I got my hair highlighted. Stylist was nice, but I wasnt happy with the end product. I called and they set me up to have it fixed right away. I was pleased.

I went back for it to be fixed and there was no charge... they were very supportive of me not liking it etc... I left loving my new hair color and style.

PROS: Good prices, friendly staff
CONS: wasn't done right the first time

Great Salon

I have been going to Creative Hair for a couple of years. I love my stylist, she is great and really knows her coloring. The salon is really nice and everyone is really friendly. I have never walked out of there not liking my hair, in fact most of the time I get compliments of how good of a job she did. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for great prices and great hair.
