Professional Ice Carving is a full time professional business that produces it's own 300 Lb blocks of ice and hand carves them into spectacular works of art. Serving the Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas for over 25 years,Designer / Sculptor Christopher Huessy has participated in 2 Winter Olympic events in Nagano, Japan 1998 and Salt Lake City, Utah 2002, and has won several Gold Medals through The National Ice Carving Assoc.
