We have run an embroidery shop for over 8 years and have accounts with many suppliers. When we contacted these people to set up an account, we were treated rudely and out and out lied to. We have always paid our accounts before items are shipped, yet they made us fill out a credit application with all kinds of personal information. Diane, our so called rep, told different stories to my wife and I, said she never recieved our information, said she had talked to me when she hadn't, and then talked to the accounts department and convinced them not to open an account for us. I understand that a business has the right not to open an account for someone, but our accounts have never been late, we do a lot of contract work for the bigger shops, and have an excellent partnership with other companies. It's a shame some companies don't trust their customers. I will find replacements from other companies for their line, and will refuse to contract embroidery on their items.
