AVOID THIS BUISNESS!

Used vehicle was purchased on 1/14/08. Grand Prix GTP. Via Phone Conversation prior to purchase, Car in Great Condition. When arrived at dealership the nightmare began. He was discourteous about the issues when I complained about the vehicle and the poor physical condition. He expressed he needed $500 CASH to cover credit card charges and to run two different transactions because of his machine. He said this should be a Great Running Car for the price. But when I got at the dealership he said the vehicle was in poor condition because it was a REPO, which was the FIRST I had heard about it. After signing that (Credit Card Payoff) which I signed after protest and I was unable to take the car until it was signed. Any problems with the vehicle were to be taken care stated by the Owner named Chuck Leonardi @ 708-583-1004 PrimeCar Auto Sales and Leasing 3060 North River Rd River Grove, IL 60171
I finished my purchase and reluctantly handed him $500 cash and he told me he would get me a reciept yet failed to do so and also did NOT mention the $500 included in the sale of CAR. After purchasing the vehicle my engine light came on shortly after leaving. I called the owner, Chuck, and he said "it could be the gas cap" and to give him a call by 8am the next morning and for me to "quit crying" and that "he would take care of it" The next morning I had the car evaluated for the check engine light and it was actually the Catalytic Converter. The total cost of that was $181.00. I called to let Chuck (owner) know and he became very offensive and rude. He then said he had to call "the bank" to get authorization to approve this repair. He asked for me to fax the reciepts to him, which I did immediately. The next day, I called to make sure he recieved the fax and he said yes and the bank refused to pay for the repairs. I said "What?" Then he Shouted " DONT DO NOTHING STUPID!" and rudely hung the phone up.
AVOID DOING BUISNESS! Cannot be trusted!!

Poor Buisness Man!

This buisness is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I walked into this buisness and noticed very poor yet dirty vehcles that this owner has. i felt VERY pressured into buying a vehicle. He seemed to be a ver smooth talker and tried to pursue me into buying a vehicle that was wayyyy over my budget and luckily, I knew what to look for and I am very surprised this guy is still in buisness. I talked to a couple that was there at the same time I was and they purchased a vehicle from him less than a week prior to then, and the vehicle was not running good mechanically. The vehicle put them into the poor house and it was even a 2005 which would usually last alot longer than it should. The vehicle was also VERY dirty inside and was in need of repairs and the owner said they signed a deal, which they didnt, but it was a repo car and thats what to expect.
I urge other people to stay away from this dealer as He shouldnt even be in buisness! He's not honest and very persuaysive.
