Don't even think about it.

No matter how desperately you may need a property manager, you don't need one bad enough to hire Prestige.

My experiences are similar: unnecessary charges, lack of care for my property, etc, etc. I live out of town and can't check up...

Doesn't even deserve one star! This company is garbage!

Take the advice of the other people online and stay far away from this company. You will never get your deposit back and while you are living in their properties you will be charged for anything they can possibly put on you. They claim...

I agree with all the other reviews, they not only charge fees that they can not prove... they sent landscapers out after you call and tell them not to and the landscapers stayed at my house 30 min but charged for 4 hours of work and gong...
