Wow terrible terrible service. Here is what happened. Spoke to owner in the morning on the phone. i told him I have tenants in the house and poop was coming up in bathtub. Owner said he would get his guy over there around 2 o\'clock. I was told I could leave a check with the tenant if I had to leave. By 3 I left property and left the check. Poo boy showed up and started to work. I had told owner I was not sure where the septic tank was so you would have to find it. I called the owner at around 5 and asked if everything went ok. He said he did not know but would find out. I told him any challenges do not hesitate to call me. And if it was ok just send me the invoice. I did NOT get a call about any challenge. My tenant left me a message around 11 saying the work was not done. I did not get the message till around 2 the next day. She said the guy who came out there said it was to hard and then stated that he had worked with me before and he had a hard time getting paid. Total lie. Remember I had left a check there for them. He left the property with the tenants and their kids without plumbing and feces coming up in the bathrooms. Very unprofessional, heartless and dangerous. I did not ever get a call from \"poo man\" explaining what happened or saying they were not ging to do the work. And as of right now, He has NOT returned any of the 5 messages I have left. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!
