I have been using Poochies since it was Hidden Valley ( about 3 years). Andrea does a great job with our dogs and one can be a challenge at times. She does a good job of handling their temperamental ways and always sends them home looking...

Andrea does a great job but if you leave a message you will never get a call back. I'm not sure what that is all about. I needed an appt this weekend. I left 2 voicemails and never received a call. I'll have to look elsewhere...
