I ran across an old article dated 09/08/09, written by Dave McKenna. I did some collections for Mr. Nick Musolino, Matthew Musolino's younger brother at his auto repair shop back in 2013. Matthew has borrowed money from everyone and anyone. He borrowed $1,300.00 from me, personally back in the summer of 2013. He paid $500.00 of the $1,300.00. The balance of $800.00 has been owed to me personally since July 15th, 2013. It is now May 29th, 2014 and I am still owed the money as of today. He has dodged me and avoided me for 10 months. Mind you I am a young and proud, African American male, who is a college graduate and I have an autistic son who is on lots of medication and therapy that I have to pay for, out of pocket. He knows this and even called me on one occasion (while intoxicated) telling me which foods to feed my son and what types spiritual treatments he is to be engaged in. Later on after loaning him the money I got the impression, he resented me because I have accomplished so much and was able to loan him the money with no hesitation (I even waited to December 2013 to remind him he still owed me money). His family wanted nothing to do with my problem about him and the owed money and even threatened me if I mentioned it at all in their presence!!! Then I found out he has been dodging tons of people (this is after I loaned him the money). I have seen him borrow money in front of me from relatives and not even pay me (he either looked the other way or walked away from me). He always talks about his big house on the water. His house is mortgaged to the hilt and is falling apart. This man has not learned any type of lesson over the vast years and has been just running amok!! He is in debt up to his eye balls and will not even speak nicely to the people he owes. It is a travesty how he has caused so much pain in the past and even in the present!!! I just want everyone to know he is still a crook and a shyster!!!!! Feel free to email me at craigfelder@earthlink.net. I will be happy to email anyone, cell & text documentation with pictures because now Plaza Garage is trying to take my 91 Camaro (lien requested on 7/14/14) due to me calling in the loan on May 4th, 2014 and wanting the car running when I noticed a gouge in front end of the car. Plaza Garage has been working on car since it was towed in on 02/02/2013. I still have not received a repair order or itemized bill for warranty on parts and labor (which may have expired within these past 16 months of them having possession). Don't know if the car runs or if I was over charged for complaining about owed money or complaining about the gouge. After 1 year and 4 months, they are demanding I pay $2,741.55 on a phone call and no paperwork?
