Avoid this facility! Bad Service and Quality! The rudest front end staff I have ever experienced!
First, I waited in the reception office for nearly 45 minutes past my appointment time in some very uncomfortable seating. To top it off, the music they had playing was loud rock'n'roll. Not very professional. The staff was making jokes with one another and acting like children, not professionals in an office environment. The MRI and other testing went okay, but they never mailed my film to my doctor, forcing me to take them with me and pay a very high price to courier them. When I told them that I never told them I wanted to take my films with me, they all just stared at me like I was crazy. I have never experienced something so odd in my life. On top of that, they gave me a CD that could not be viewed by anyone, even my doctor. When I called, I was verbally abused and told, "too bad," that is what we offer and nothing else. So, I just paid for bad service and a bad CD. I have been to facilities such as MRI Central and was treated SO much better. I went here as it was closer to me. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone who is concerned with service and value. If I was the owner, I would staff professionals at the front desk first thing. Service and quality are paramount in this type of industry.

SAVED MY LIFE!!
From the moment I called to make this appointment, I knew I would ok. The lady I spoke to was so COMPASSIONATE! I was able to get an appointment with no problem and once I got there and met the staff face to face I was instantly at ease. Everyone in that office is now on my Christmas card list - not to mention that Dr. Kendall Jones saved my life!! He detected a very small but malignant tumor on my scan that was missed by another physician. I am so glad I went to Plano Radiology, I've had my treatments and now my family has me!!! The fear of Cancer is so strong, I almost chickened out of seeing Dr. Jones, I found the strength to go and you can bet MY life that I'm grateful I did!! God Bless!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE
I was having migraines more frequently than usual so my primary Dr. referred me to Dr Jones at Plano Radiology Center. I called and made an appointment that fit into my schedule without any problems and when I got there, Cathy was wonderful about everything. Thankfully, the scan was normal but for a while I was pretty nervous and scared - Dr. Jones and his staff need an award for taking care of people so well. Life is stressful enough and those small acts of kindness mean everything during these kinds of medical tests.
