Planet Auto Mall is amazing
i enjoyed the experience and the service was excellent. they explained everything with great detail. this is my 5th car bought from planetautomall/ kg suzuki. i came in an liked a car and was out in 1 hour with my new car. i have bought 2 cars for myself, 1 for my wife and 1 for each of my children. there prices are amazing and if anything is wrong call them and set up an appointment and will do almost everything for free if it is fixable. i will be shopping here for as long as they are open..

this is how this dealer works.#1-they advertised the lowest price$$ on the net in a 100miles.#2 then you call they tell you that the vech is still available.#3 then when you get there your informed of 3 new things-#1 you cannot buy the vech cash.# 2you also have to add to the selling price this thing called a 'RECON FEE'.(you got's to see this its like a show)that provides nothing for you let alone your vech.#3-then you make it to finance where theres a Idian or Pakistani guy waiting for you.he starts of by telling you how hard it was for him or 'HIS LENDERS'TO get you approved.then he tells you this very high %.& then when your just about to get up cause you cannot afford this payment or rate-he then tells you that he called up the bank and negotiated this other great %.But in order for you to get this rate you must purchase $8,000 to $10.000 extra in fees..Again you just got to witnes this show that they put on.Worldwide > United States > Long Island City, Queens, NY > Malls and Shopping Centers
