OBNOXIOUS BUSINESSMAN
This man does not know how to run a business, He is rude , leaves nasty phone messages. Sells you things you do not need, sells you things without knowing what it is they do, wrong information about SO many things, will not accept returns due to being lazy. He orders his staff around like Hitler in front of customers,I was explaining why I missed a grooming apt due to a death & he said I should have called & HUNG UP ON ME..I called back & he would not answer..I have had to call the manufactures in regards to his lack of knowledge for the products he sells, which has caused problems with my dog. His groomer shaved my dog telling me her hair would grow back. It has, BUT DESTROYED. No 2nd coat. cannot be brushed due to it being all fine under coat. NOW HE WILL NOT TAKE HER BACK IN TO BE GROOMED . NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO SHOP. He is trying to sell due to his disgust with the business & he can't & IT SHOWS...STAY AWAY.
