The ONLY thing that I like about this apartment is the space inside and the layout. Outside is another story all together! The grounds are unkempt and the manager is cold and sometimes outright rude. There are many tweakers here and theres always police here but nothings done. I personally live right across from some of the tweakers that have small children that run around late at night screaming up and down the corridor. There are cigarette butts everywhere as well as empty bottles of booze as well. Not to mention that there is a section of apartments that burnt down and its still there nothing done for nearly a year!...vagrants live in the end ones and its just plain unsafe and very ugly. If you do decide that this is for you, you will need a 4X4 truck to navigate through the very many huge pot holes in the parking lot. Its September now and this was supposed to be the time that they were supposed to do renovations starting with the parking lot but I have yet to see anything being done or even anyone to come out to see what needs to be done. The inside is nice but even nicer after I CLEANED it on the day we moved in! NOTHING was done. There was cockroach poop on the outlets and human feces in the bathroom and the bathroom drawers were full of sticky stuff and hair. The walls were filthy....everything had to be scrubbed. The hardwood floors are now beginning to shine but not without a lot of elbow grease from me. They did not clean it before we moved in! The ONLY reason we moved here is because of my credit...but just because I got into a bind, does that mean I should be treated with such disrespect! My fridge went out and they had all day to find someone to fix it and when I went back to the office 4 hours after telling them they didnt do anything but give me a key to an empty unit and tell me to put my food in there for the night. So I have no food in my house tonight! Also the dish washer is also not functioning right. DON'T MOVE HERE!~
