Actually Sarah, the only trash in Oaks is the Perky.
Ironic that you think the problem is the properties AROUND the bar. I know some very hard-working, decent families who unfortunately can't afford to live in Mcmansions, and own (not rent) property next to the Perky. (Economic class...Worldwide > United States > Media, PA > Restaurants
