The office staff is very rude. When I became ill it was a nightmare trying to simple convince them that I needed to come in. I mean, honestly. If a patient calls in distress why would you argue with them over the phone about the necessity of an appointment? If they're sick, they're sick, arguing will not change not. When I finally came in to see her she brushed me off. I ended up being forced to see a new doctor. He performed gynecological surgery immediately and I was well, and functioning again. Dr. Penvose-Yi is worthless. She could not even diagnose a gyn problem and that is what she went to school for!
