Decent Townhouses
Penrith Townhomes and Apartments are a decent place to live. The apartments are old and but they have been keep up pretty good. The management is currently in the process of remodeling them.

Townhomes are good
I lived in these townhomes for five years. They are old, but have been kept up very well. If you need anything fixed in the apartment, you just call the office and they will be out within a day not if the same day. I really enjoyed living there.
