I would not recommend Prime Properties as a tenant to anyone looking to rent! One of the Partners, Larry Parks, is horrible and talks and treats you as if you are beneath him because he USED to be a lawyer. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! If Larry was no longer a part of the organization, my opinion would be different. He IS the bad apple for this company!
