When I first got there my first impression was that the place was not clean. On the eye exam, the battery was dead on their light to look in my eyes with. The second battery was very dim. They told me my glasses would be ready in 3 days....

Run Away from this Pearle Vision
Totally disagree with you. I have been trying to get my glasses done correctly for 10 weeks now. If you need anything more than single vision, you are in trouble, because this Pearle Vision just can't get it right.
