Fantastic real estate office. Hard to find a real estate agency who work hard on finding you the right place and are absolutely nice and professional. I've used them twice. Richard helped me move into our studio two years ago and showed us a ton of places and we chose a studio that was nice. Richard was awesome to work with and down to earth. Unfortunately, we have to move from the studio (because we've outgrown it and the rent increases were getting out of hand with the management company) we contacted Paz Global once again and dealt with Rebecca who is also amazing and great to work with. Very down to earth and understanding of our needs, Rebecca managed to find us a beautiful 1 bd a few blocks from our current location. She also showed us an amazing duplex 1bd too. It was hard to choose :)I highly recommend them

Rebecca is incredible. She is sweet, kind, attentive, and most importantly - honest (Not like other brokers I've worked with in the past). She listened to what I was looking for and quickly grasped my taste. I think she really loves her job and it shows. I can't sing her praises enough. She also had some exclusives on newer buildings

I highly recommend Luis. We had the best experience working with him. He's a patient broker, whose goal was to find us the right home that fit our family. We started out looking for a new home on our own, but it was most helpful to connect with Luis and work with him to guide us on our search. He is very knowledgeable about the market and how to evaluate a house or apartment from the buyers perspective as well as negotiating the price. His persistence led us to finding the best home for our budget while meeting all our needs and we couldn't be more excited. Thank you Luis!

Most of the single family homes in my price range were older and had fairly major problems. I relied on Matt’s expertise and background in construction to understand the scope of the problems and how I should factor them into my offers.When it was clear that I was getting priced out of the Broward areas, Richard suggested looking in other neighborhoods. I ended up buying in a great part of West Seattle and was able to stay within my initial budget.I am happy to recommend Richard, especially to first-time home buyers in need of some extra hand-holding.
