Payless is Useless
They lost my shirt over 3 months ago, they provided nothing but excuses, won't return calls and still haven't resolved claim. Zips cleaner on York Road is same price, faster and more professional I recommend avoiding Payless.

I recently had a ton of dry cleaning which included mostly designer and high end items. When I took these (45) items to my usual drycleaner I was told that it would cost over $200 (closer to $300) to clean everything.
