I am a tenant residing at one of the buildings this company is overseeing. I have found the staff to be negligent towards the concerns of the residents regarding maintaining the units. Pauline Kemp, and Kinita Redmond repetitively do not answer voice mails or letters regarding crucial concerns of the tenants. They also chose to paint over the mold in the common areas to misinform perspective buyers of the true conditions of the building. This company is clearly unable to perform the tasks that they were hired to do by RE SOLUTIONS and I strongly suggest that anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere.
