had not my hair cut in a while, letting an uneven cut grow out. As soon as I walked in the door "Debbie" started running her hands thru my hair right at the desk which was really uncomfortable. Then she wanted to razor cut my hair wet, which I managed to talk her out of. Things got a little better, had a nice convo, she did a great job evening out the back of my hair - BUT- she gave me bangs??? Straight across my forehead third grader BANGS!! Why!!!! I didn't come in with bangs!! I really couldn't see w/o my glasses, and I made it really clear I liked my cut with exception of the uneven-ness & I have BANGS now. My God. My favorite tho is when I was charged five dollars more than I was told on the phone, and her family came in with their dog tied to a bungee cord. Not a good first impression for a local business - WILL NOT be back.
