WONDERFUL SERVICE, BEAUTIFUL GOWNS
I fell in love with Patsy's the moment I walked in. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I had an appointment with Christian and Sherri. I cannot believe how wonderful and accomodating they both were. I went with half of my bridal party and my mom. Christian could tell how stressed I was and took time to calm my nerves. She assured me I would walk out a happy bride, and she was RIGHT! Sherri was so knowledgeable and helpful. All the details that I wanted the two of them made happen! We were all carrying different opinions in what my dress should look like. The only place that made all of us agree and most of us cry was Patsy's. After I picked my dress, I received a call the next week to confirm all the details and ordering information. The follow up was so fast and efficiant. I couldn't imagine shopping ANYWHERE else in Dallas. This place is a gem!

Wonderful Service, nice employees
Our experience at Patsy's was wonderful. They made a last minute appointment for us when my mother and sister got flights to help me dress shop. Torie listened to what we liked and disliked about gowns and brought out several we had looked over at the beginning. She also did a wonderful job of explaining fabrics, designers, and pairing veils and accessories with the dresses. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Nice experience
Although I did not purchase a gown here, my appointment went well. The sales associate was polite and seemed to take an interest in her bride. They do have some beautiful gowns, but I found the selection to be small.

I had the best time at Patsy's, the store is beautiful, the dresses are perfect, and they by far had the best customer service and the consultant knew exactly what she was talking about. She helped me pick out the perfect dress for me and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day! Thanks Patsy's!!

Where to begin with all the thank you's?! From helping me find my perfect dress to your patience, kindness, and support in the months following, you and the other girls were so wonderful! Truth be known, I miss having a reason to call you all. However, I'm grateful to have a reason to come by the next time I'm in Dallas as I must bring a picture of the final product. Each time I stepped into the store, I was always greeted with a chorus of smiles and hellos, no matter how busy you might be. You have a fabulous selection of dresses and a wealth of knowledge and ideas for each one. Thank you for your advice during this past year. You are the best in Dallas (as well as Atlanta and D.C.
