I ordered 10 pcs. chicken fingers, food was great and the chicken fingers were huge!! Best chicken fingers around.

HORRIBLE experience. AVOID.

- Delivery was supposed to be within an hour - took almost 2.
- Advertised combo of Pizza, Wings & Bread Sticks... bread sticks didn't come - called to ask about bread sticks and I was told in an extremely RUDE manner that when it's busy they don't honor their specials... and they don't send bread sticks - would have been nice to have been told that on the phone when we ordered.
- Driver took my money and walked away without offering change.

HORRIBLE service. Pizza was decent and I couldn't tell you about the bread sticks because we NEVER received them.

When I commented on the fact that i wasn't offered change, I was told that there is nothing to be done as it would cost them more in gas than the $3.

I have never had such a terrible experience ordering food anywhere.

Disappointed!

I have been a fan of Partners for well over three years now. I have never had a problem with them until recently. I ordered their sheet pizza and bucket of wings special, didn't get the bread sticks as the ad says and than when the driver showed up he charged me an extra 1.00 for the char bbqed wings and said the forgot to add that into the price. I have never been charged for char bbq wings in the past and thought it was odd. When I called and complained about it, I was told 'why would our driver charge you more than what is on the box?'.

I think partners is starting to go down and it is a shame, the have awesome food but are losing their commitment to satisfaction.

Avoid. Terrible Customer Service.

- Delivery took 2 hours.
- Advertised a special with large pizza, breadstick and wings - we ordered it... when we got our food the breadsticks weren't delivered... assumed that it was an error so we called and inquired... lady on the phone got extremely defensive and started yelling about how when they are busy they don't make bread sticks - we were never told this on the phone. I have never been treated so poorly in my life.
- Delivery man took my money and walked away without even offering change, when i mentioned this on the phone the same extremely rude lady [told me she was the owner] told me that there was nothing that she could do about it as it would cost them more in gas than the change was worth.

Horrible business. Terrible customer service and the food wasn't even good.

incompetent!

Giving even 1 star is to high of a rating for this place! I ordered a turkey sub as well as a roastbeef sub. when the driver arrives he is holding 1 sub and a styrofoam box. In it is beef on weck and fries! How do you get that from a roastbeef sub made the same way as the turkey but no onions!? When I asked what was this, all that driver said was " I dont know what to tell you, this is what they gave me" Was already after 11 pm so took the food and paid driver $16. Will NEVER order from there again! Not only wasn't what was ordered...the food was TERRIBLE! It was tasteless fodder! Had gone on comp to look for number again and decided to read the reviews...I seriously wish I had read them before ordering. Never called them back because last thing I needed on top of wrong terrible food was nasty terrible people. Think only reason place is open still is because they deliver till 4 am..most people wanting food that late can't see much anymore and they have drowned their taste budds..God help them and anyone else that orders from them...
