Even as a beginner I found the environment of the studio to be warm and inviting, as are all the instructors. I'm truly pleased with my entire experience at Park East Pilates and recommend this studio to all my friends. They offer a ten week program that is completely worth the commitment. I still cant believe the results!It works!
This is a beautiful studio with really wonderful, friendly teachers. Before my wedding in 2005, I trained 3 times a week and underwent a total body transformation. I felt so strong and lean on my wedding day. Now I am back at the studio after the birth of my baby. Pilates has helped me to regain the strength of my pre-baby body! I feel so energized after a session and highly recommend Park East Pilates for a new body!Pilates at its best!

I have been to 15 sessions or so, and I can already see changes in my body - getting leaner in and around the abs, legs and thighs. I now have more defined arm and back muscles.
