Pizza

Park pizza is ok but the prices are high and the portions are small the specials can make up for the average pizza.There are better pizza places in Pewaukee.

Wonderful People, Exceptional Food, Cool Place with Great Music!!

We had heard from our friends to check this place out, and simply put- we had such a fun time, our gift back to them was a gift card from Park Avenue Pizza Company!!
The service was wonderful, not pushy yet very informative. The atmosphere was so warm for such a large place... I would say it had 25 or so tables, with a couple of dining rooms- and a very cool loft where there was a private party. With all the people there, it was loud though not as you would expect, you could hear eachother without yelling. The music is SOO COOL we asked the bartender who was playing, and went out to find the very CD!
When our food came (I had pizza) we all had to share- everything was awesome, my pizza was to die for!!
Even their beer and wine list has the coolest things to choose from all over the world! I thought pewaukee was something of a small and boring place, with a couple dive bar/restaurants & a couple over-priced ones. Park Avenue Pizza was perfect. (We're going again tomorrow!) You guys are #1!!!

A Wonderful Family Place

Our family goes to this resturant very often. We love the food and believe it to be properly priced. If you ever need some place to go with a big group this is the place to do it. They have wonderful service even if it is a large group.

Best pizza in Pewaukee and everything else is delicious

I've recently moved to Pewaukee and one thing my wife and I do when we move is to establish which places will be our standards. When we want pizza, our standard place is Park Ave.
The chain pizza places are around, but the pizza is usually too greasy and/or you can't really taste the toppings (thawed veggies don't taste like much on pizza).
Park Ave is not like that at all. They make a very good pizza with fresh toppings and nice thin crisp crust. The pizza is very good and (surprisingly to me anyway) the fish fry, gyros, and shrimp scampi have been excellent as well. Everything we've tried so far has been excellent. You wouldn't think good pizza equates with good gyros, fish, or shrimp scampi, but they were all great.

Incidentally, we're still looking for the great Chinese takeout and Mexican place around Pewaukee (if anyone has any suggestions). We've tried a few, but nothing very good so far.

disappointed in the service...

We've been to Park Ave Pizza numerous times and have always enjoyed our experience, however we just recently went on a Friday and don't plan on returning. The food was good as always, but the service was extremely slow and not good. Our waitress never checked to see if we needed refills on our drinks and when we were able to flag her down, she would disappear forever before coming back with anything. I ran out of water and she never refilled it. I asked her to bring my son a water and we were almost done with our pizza before she came back with it. I ended up sharing what little was left of my water with him in the meantime. Four of us (including children) were there for well over an hour and a half and granted, we had one appetizer, but we were sitting there with no food for a long long time. Had the waitress apologized for the slow service even once or kept our drinks refilled, I would not be complaining. This is the first complaint I have ever written about a restaurant and it's too bad it's about Park Ave. I never would have imagined such a bad experience there. Hopefully the waitress's 10% tip was a clue that our whole table was very unhappy.
