BUYER BEWARE... The receptionist is the worst part of this place. She was unfriendly and acted like it was a pain for her to help me and my bridesmaids. She basically refused to help us. Mediocre selection of dresses and styles...

Great place and great prices

I was in Park Avenue Bridal on a very busy Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised as I was actually greeted at the door. Not only did they greet me, but my party as well. The consultant who was helping me seemed very interested in what I wanted. She didn't just show me what she thought I ought to look at.

They provided me with great information and I felt welcomed and informed. This was the first time I felt like someone cared as to what I wanted.

I ordered my gown and was very happy with the results. My bridesmaids were concerned as they did have to place their monies up front, but in the long run it was better because it did not place the burden on them to have the money later when the gowns came in. There are so many more expensives involved that they have to deal with.

Most of all, it was a beautiful place to experience a once in a life time event.
